This Privacy Policy explains how Joseph "Joe" Tumminaro, a licensed New Jersey real estate agent affiliated with Real Broker LLC ("I," "me," or "Joe"), collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to joetherealestateagent.com (the "Site").
Information I Collect
When you use a form on this Site — the home valuation request, the buyer checklist request, or the seller checklist request — I collect the information you voluntarily provide, which may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (valuation form only)
- The property address you're inquiring about (valuation form only)
- Your selected timeframe for buying or selling (valuation form only)
I do not collect payment information on this Site. Purchases of the buyer's or seller's guide are processed entirely by Gumroad, a third-party platform with its own privacy practices.
Refund Policy
The Buyer's Complete Guide and Seller's Complete Guide ($9.99 each) are digital products delivered instantly through Gumroad. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 10 days of purchase by emailing joetsellsrealestate@gmail.com with your order details. Refund requests made after 10 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How I Use Your Information
- To send you the free checklist or guide you requested
- To follow up with a home value estimate or answer your inquiry
- To send occasional emails about buying, selling, or the local real estate market — you can unsubscribe from these at any time
- To notify me directly (by email) that a new inquiry has come in, so I can respond promptly
Who I Share Information With
I use the following third-party services to operate this Site and respond to inquiries:
- MailerLite — an email marketing platform that stores your contact details and sends the checklist/guide emails and any follow-up communications.
- Resend — an email delivery service used solely to send me (Joe) an internal notification when you submit a form. This does not add you to any mailing list.
I do not sell your information to third parties. Information is only shared with the service providers above, solely to operate this Site and respond to your inquiry.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email me directly to be removed from any list.
- Access or deletion: You can request a copy of the information I have about you, or request that it be deleted, by emailing joetsellsrealestate@gmail.com.
Cookies and Third-Party Content
This Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those fonts. This Site does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking pixels of its own. Links to external sites (Gumroad, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram) are governed by those sites' own privacy policies, not this one.
Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
